How to Pay
General Terms and Conditions 

 Reservations

For reservations and programs which you request us to organize, we will first send you a price estimation and if we have your written agreement, we would ask you to send us a first payment on the bank-account of our travel agency. Immediately after we will make all necessary reservations.

Cancellation of reservations is only accepted in written form: by email, fax or post; first notice may be given by telephone.

Cancellation fee is around 20-30% of the total amount in case of cancellation within 1 week to 48 hours before the start of the program or stay. The cancellation fee within 48 hours before the start is usually 75%.

Reimbursement from which is deducted the cancellation fee is done immediately by bank transfer to the bank account of the client.*

Payment

The first payment is usually around 20 to 30% of the total price. The remainder we would have to receive at the latest before the start of your program or stay.*

Payment is done either by bank transfer or by credit card, by means of Card Pay service (payment by virtual POS terminal of "TATRA BANKA" bank).

Commitments of Amazing-Slovakia

Amazing-Slovakia guarantees the kind of service which it has agreed on together with the client, and for the agreed price.

After your full payment, we will send you by fax or mail an invoice and your voucher, which you will need to present the provider of services (hotel, pension etc.).

Commitments of client

The client guarantees that he will provide exact and correct information which is necessary for making reservations, and guarantees he will immediately inform about changes in this information (especially of his name, address, telephone and email) and of changes in information of his participants.

To pay the agreed on price for the ordered services.

Medical insurance

Amazing-Slovakia is not liable for any damage to your health. Therefore the agency highly recommends you to effect insurance for sport or risk activities next to your ordinary travel insurance.

Program changes

Amazing-Slovakia has the right to change the program in case of unfavourable weather conditions, disasters or other unforseen events. It will inform the client about these changes as soon as possible.

Claims

In consultation with the client, short-comings in the provided services will be claimed from the provider of services.

*The amount of your first payment, the deadline of your rest-payment and the amount of cancellation fee depend on the conditions which are stated in the contract between the travel agency and each separate provider of services. We will always notify you about this beforehand.

Payment by Credit Card 

Payment may be done by credit card, by means of Card Pay service (payment by virtual POS terminal of "TATRA BANKA" bank). You may pay with VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron and Diners Club International, which have been provided by any bank institution in the world.

The first step is to fill in the following form with your name, agreed on price in euro and the transaction number that has been provided by the agency.

After you have clicked on "Continue", you will be directed to the protected internet site of "TATRA BANKA" bank, where you are asked to fill in your credit card information (card number, CV number and date of expiration) and where you have to confirm the amount in euro.

After the transaction, Amazing-Slovakia will send you by email the confirmation of payment. The fields marked with a red star are required.
