After having received your payment, we will reconfirm you the reservation within 24 hours by e-mail. Cancellation of reservations after the payment is done, is possible only in written form: by email, fax or post; first notice may be given by telephone.
Cancellation fee for all kinds of services with the exception of accommodation is:
30 and more days before arrival - no cancellation fee;
29 - 15 days before arrival - cancellation fee 45% of total price;
14 - 8 days before arrival - cancellation fee 75% of total price;
7 days before arrival or no show - cancellation fee 95% of total price.
Reimbursement from which is deducted the cancellation fee is done immediately by bank transfer to the bank account of the client.
Cancellation fee of accommodation you will find after clicking on the Terms and Conditions on the main page (under the price list) of the hotel, pension, bungalow of your choice.
Payment is done either by bank transfer or by credit card, by means of Card Pay (payment by virtual POS terminal of "TATRA BANKA" bank).
Commitments of Amazing-Slovakia
Amazing-Slovakia guarantees the kind of service which it has agreed on together with the client, and for the agreed price.
After your full payment, we will send you by fax or mail an invoice and your voucher, which you will need to present to the provider of services (hotel, pension etc.). If you need to arrange a visa, we will send you the voucher by post.
Commitments of client
The client guarantees that he will provide exact and correct information which is necessary for making reservations, and guarantees he will immediately inform about changes in this information (especially in case of name, address, telephone and email).
To pay the agreed price for the ordered services.
Amazing-Slovakia is not liable for any damage to your health. Therefore the agency highly recommends you to effect an insurance for sport or risk activities next to your ordinary travel insurance.
Amazing-Slovakia has the right to change the program in case of unfavourable weather conditions, disasters or other unforseen events. It will inform the client about these changes as soon as possible.
In consultation with the client, short-comings in the provided services will be claimed from the provider of services.
